Hello , I am Sandeep Mallareddy. I'm an educator, father of two children[^1], and a 3X startup founder. I have been working for the past 15 years at the intersection of education and technology. I've been part of several founding teams in non-profits and for-profits across three continents, engaging with organizations - unicorns , soonicorns, burnt popcorns, and every other variation found under the sun.I am also an [Acumen](https://acumenacademy.org/fellowship/) and [EV](https://www.mercatus.org/emergent-ventures) fellow. If you strip away the [external vanity signals](/cv/) - I'm an insatiably curious soul, thriving on the thrill of the road less traveled. From molecular biology to startups, prediction markets to education policy, I dive headfirst into anything that sparks my interest, embracing chaos and the lessons it brings. Life is short, and there's so much to learn. I see failures as rare collectibles in my personal anthology, each one shaping my understanding of the world and adding to the adventure.
